I read through a few blogs every day and Mike Colon's today was great. You should go to it and read it but here is my favorite quote: "Even if I fail miserably at my business because I've spent too much time with my family, at least I didn't fail with my family spending too much time with my business." If you don't know, Mike is an awesome Christian guy who is also an awesome photographer. I haven't met him personally yet but hopefully at WPPI we might bump into him (if we go).
Sometimes we just get so focused on "stuff" and forget the really important stuff. Like playing in the snow with your children, or reading with them, or helping them learn how to count or teaching them about Christ. Read Mike's blog if you get a chance. He's always inspiring. I'm going to go PLAY legos;).
